1943 - 25 cent. soprastampato "Governo Provvisorio", blocco di sei, due esemplari con la soprastampa solo al verso, uno senza soprastampa, a causa di una piegatura del foglio al momento della sovraimpressione (42ca), bordo di foglio, gomma originale integra. Da notare che in tale blocco si crea una coppia tra il francobollo non emesso ed uno soprastampato. INSIEME UNICO, RARITA' DEL SETTORE. Cert. Avanzo e Ferrario.
