IV emissione di Sardegna (13D,14De), in affrancatura mista con 20 cent. indaco del Regno d'Italia, lievi difetti, su sovracoperta di lettera assicurata del 19/10/1862 per Palermo. L'annullo sardo italiano è inedito sulla I emissione di Regno, così come non è censito l'ovale accessorio "assicurata". INSIEME UNICO, per collezione da esposizione. Cert. Ferrario.
