Sono presenti moltissime serie di pregio e un'appendice di Repubblica Sociale e Luogotenenza. La collezione è accompagnata da numerosi certificati peritali, alcuni di periti affidabili ed altri da esaminare, così come gli stessi francobolli. Altissimo valore di catalogo, di sicuro interesse.
