De La Rue, tiratura di Torino (T20), in affrancatura mista "a staffetta" con I piastra di Egitto (Yv.15) , perfetti, entrambi annullati in partenza, su fresca busta da Bologna 7/9/1872 a Il Cairo. Il francobollo egiziano venne annullato nuovamente in transito ad Alessandria, per confermare la validità dell'affrancatura ed evitare tassazioni per il percorso interno. Rara affrancatura mista discendente, di ottima qualità. A.Diena, cert. Bottacchi e Sorani.
