Sul fronte è stato apposto il lineare rosso "FRANCA", mentre al verso è annotata la tassa pagata di 10 soldi, ancora in tariffa di Lega Austro-Italiana, ed è stato impresso il bollo PL, per la consegna a domicilio da parte del portalettere a Bologna.
