Faceva parte dell'affrancatura originaria anche un francobollo da 1 cent, a completare la tariffa per il distretto, staccatosi e sostituito con un analogo francobollo nuovo. ULTIMA DATA NOTA DI QUESTO BOLLO COME ANNULLATORE.
