1861 - 5 grana rosa lilla (21b), leggermente intaccato in alto, su sovracoperta di lettera da Lecce 19/11/1861 a Roma, via di Napoli, dove la lettera venne fermata perche insufficientemente affrancata, essendo di doppio porto. Solo il 18/2/1862 (dopo ben tre mesi!) l'affrancatura venne integrata a Napoli mediante un 5 grana rosso carminio (21) intaccato in basso, e la lettera giunse finalmente a Roma, dove non venne tassata in quanto il destinatario godeva di franchigia illimitata (la tassa di 16 baj venne segnata al verso per la contabilizzazione, ma non richiesta al Cardinale). INSIEME UNICO, di eccezionale interesse storico postale. Bottacchi, Raybaudi, Chiavarello, Fiecchi, cert. Ferrario. Ex coll. Imperato.
