1859 - 2 grana azzurro verdastro, III tavola, pos. 99, mostrante al verso la stampa di un 2 grana azzurro chiaro, I tavola, pos. 92 (8e), perfetto, sollevato per controlli e riapplicato nella posizione originaria mostrando il verso, su fresca lettera da Patti luglio 1859 a Messina. UNICA LETTERA NOTA che presenta un francobollo con varietà stampa recto-verso, di splendida qualità. Una delle massime rarità di Sicilia, censita nella tabella del catalogo Sassone. Da esposizione! Renato Mondolfo, per esteso, A.Diena, Avanzo, Ferrario, cert. G.Bolaffi ed E.Diena.
