La missiva, in tariffa di un' oncia e mezzo, spedita con i vapori postali francesi, reca il bollo "Servizio dei vapori francesi nel Mediterraneo-Posta di Napoli" che colpisce i francobolli da 10 e 50 grana. Insieme molto raro. Russo, Colla, Ferrario, cert. Raybaudi ed Enzo Diena.
