14 FEBBRAIO 1861 - PRIMO GIORNO D'EMISSIONE - 2 grana azzurro (20b), perfetto, su fresca lettera completa del testo interno, bollo "ANNULLATO" lineare, non in cartella, che annulla il francobollo e "PARTENZA DA NAPOLI 14 FEB.1861" rosso al recto, diretta a Giovinazzo. Si conoscono pochissime lettere del primo giorno d'emissione, questa ha il pregio di avere il francobollo perfetto ed un insolito bollo annullatore. INSIEME UNICO E RARITA' DELLE PROVINCE NAPOLETANE.
