1869 - 20 cent. rosso bruno (27), perfetto, su lettera di doppio porto insuffcientemente affrancata da Roma 1/2/1869 a Bologna, dove venne inizialmente tassata per soli 20 cent. ad integrazione del porto mancante, poi cassati e corretti in 40 cent., dal momento che la Convenzione postale non prevedeva il conteggio parziale delle affrancature insufficienti. Interessante.
