1869 - 3 cent. grigio, non dentellato, bordo di foglio inferiore, ottimi margini, 5 cent. azzurro chiaro (15,25), piega verticale in corrispondenza della fascetta, su involucro contenente stampati da Roma a Bib+C43biena 5/2/1869 , nel Regno d'Italia. Rarissimo uso postale, si conoscono solo 9 fascette affrancate con il 3 cent. grigio della seconda emissione. Grande rarità, di ottimo aspetto. Cert. Bottacchi e Ferrario.
