PARTINICO cerchio + ASSICURATA ovale s.f. nero (noto solo in rosso su Sicilia) - 5 cent., 10 cent. e 20 cent. (13Ca,14Co,15C), precedentemente annullati, usati in frode postale, su lettera del 6 aprile 1862 per Palermo. Il datario risulta con date invertite e capovolte. La lettera, unica nel suo genere, porta l'impronta "assicurata" in nero, unica conosciuta sia su Sicilia che su Sardegna. Eccezionale! Ex. Collez. Nino Aquila.
