1856 - Lettera non affrancata da San Pier d'Arena 17/8/1856 a Torino, tassata inizialmente 20 cent. A Torino venne pagata la tassa (manoscritto sul fronte "Pagato il porto a Torino"), che venne cassata, e la lettera venne rispedita in porto pagato a Biella, con apposizione del bollo P.P. in rosso. Interessante e non comune.
