Description

1853 - 20 cent. azzurro (2), perfetto e ben marginato, su lettera da Torino 28/8/1853 ad Ovada, dove venne tassata 20 cent. perché di doppio porto, manoscritto "7,5 grammi Francobollo Insufficiente". La lettera venne quindi rispedita a Genova, dopo aver pagato la tassa dovuta, apponendo un inedito bollo in cartella "FRANCO" e la dicitura manoscritta "Si consegni netta", ossia franca a destino. Al verso, oltre ai bolli di arrivo di Ovada 4/8/1853 e di Genova 6/8/1853 è stato apposto il lineare rosso "retrodato". Raro ed interessante insieme. G.Oliva, Bottacchi, cert. Ferrario.
