UFFICIO NAZIONALE COLL.DISOCCUP. 1924 - 50 cent. (66), blocco di sei esemplari comprendente quattro francobolli parzialmente stampati su una striscia di carta utilizzata per riparare una lacerazione del foglio verificatosi prima delle fasi di stampa, gommatura e perforazione, bordo di foglio in alto, nuovo, gomma originale, due piccole linguelle sono state utilizzate per ricongiungere le due strisce orizzontali, perfetto. E' l'unico caso di carta ricongiunta di tutti gli Enti Parastatali. Cert. Carraro.
