1944 - 30 cent. soprastampato fascetto (64), ottimo stato, usato in arrivo su cartolina illustrata da Frugarolo 28/6/1944 a Vigliano Biellese. Sulla cartolina, scritta da un soldato venne manoscritto "zona sprovvista di bolli" e l'ufficio di partenza appose il bollo "T.S.", tassa semplice. Interessante e non comune. Ferrario.
