Alla quale venne asportata l'affrancatura originaria e, di conseguenza, venne tassata in arrivo con 30 cent. e 60 cent. ocra carminio (Regno segnatasse 7,10), ottimo stato, annullati con il bollo a doppio cerchio con bandella "Alessandria d'Egitto-Consegne" (punti R3), probabilmente utilizzato proprio per evidenziare l'anomalia dell'invio.
