Description

PECHINO 1917 - 6 cents su 10 + 5 cent. Croce Rossa, 1 cent. soprastampato a macchina (8), e 8 cents su 20 cent. su 15 + 5 cent. Croce Rossa, 2 cents su 5 cent. Leoni soprastampato localmente a mano (1), perfetti, usati su due frammenti a Pechino 6/5/1918. Pur non facendo parte degli esemplari ufficialmente soprastampati a mano nel 1917, il Regio Decreto n. 1118 del 21/7/1924 ne riconobbe la genuità e l'ufficialità, ponedoli fuori corso. Entrambi i frammenti facevano parte della collezione del Marchese di Bute, venduta all'asta Robson Lowe del 17/6/1959. I due esemplari Croce Rossa sono GLI UNICI NOTI e sono da annoverarsi tra le massime rarità degli Uffici Postali Italiani in Cina, nonché di tutta l'Area Italiana. Cert. Fiecchi ed Avanzo.
