Interessante lettera risalente agli ultimi giorni prima del definitivo passaggio del Veneto all'Italia. L'affrancatura fu ritenuta valida per l'accordo del 20/9/1866: le lettere potevano essere affrancate con la tariffa interna dello Stato di provenienza ed avevano il diritto di essere recapitate a destino senza tassazioni.
