1861 - 2 grana azzurro (20b), perfetto, isolato in TARIFFA RIDOTTA PER MILITARI su lettera da Cosenza 3/7/1861 a Piacenza, rispedita a Sora. Sebbene il destinatario fosse un ufficiale e la tariffa ridotta fosse riservata ai militari di truppa, l'affrancatura venne ugualmente ritenuta valida e la lettera non fu tassata. Rarità del settore. Cert. Colla "uno dei due casi a me noti con questa affrancatura diretta a un militare".
