INCOMING MAIL PONTIFICIO 1859 - 6 baj grigio verdastro (7), leggermente corto in alto, su fresca lettera da Roma 14/12/1859 a Cento, tassata in arrivo 30 cent. Al verso il bollo in cartella "Franca" in uso presso l'Ordine Militare di Malta (punti 12++). Si tratta probabilmente dell'unica lettera nota per il Governo Provvisorio delle Romagne con questo raro bollo.
