1861 - Lettera da Genova per Wuelfrath (Prussia Renana) del 19 novembre 1861 affrancata per 60 centesimi con 20 cent. e 40 cent. (15D, 16Da). La lettera fu inoltrata per via di Francia, essendo impossibile nel periodo inviare lettere franche via Austria. Il francobollo da 40 cent. ha i quattro filetti di inquadratura, pos. 12. Rara destinazione ed interessante insieme. Certificato Raybaudi.
