La busta con ogni probabilità conteneva denaro e venne raccomandata d'ufficio, come da indicazione manoscritta sul fronte, con applicazione al verso di cinque segnatasse da 30 cent. ocra e carminio (7), a rappresentare la tassa dovuta manoscritta sul fronte. Interessante e raro oggetto di storia postale.
