L'ultimo esemplare della striscia, sfuggito all'obliterazione in partenza, venne annullato in transito con il solo bollo di scambio di Rovigo, molto raramente utilizzato come bollo accessorio in periodo filatelico ed INEDITO QUALE UNICO ANNULLATORE.
