IV emissione di Sardegna (15C,16Da), margini da ampi ad intaccati, su lettera di tre porti per Ancona 15/6/1861, sul fronte, oltre al bollo "Distribuzione" in doppia cartella, venne apposto il bollo nominativo in cartella curvilinea del I tipo in inchiostro azzurro nerastro. UNICO CASO NOTO di questo annullo su francobolli della IV emissione di Sardegna. Rarità del settore, per specialista. Zuccari, cert. E.Diena ed Avanzo.
