Description

1861 - 40 cent. carminio (21), leggermente intaccato a sinistra, su lettera assicurata da Spoleto 3/10/1861 ad Arezzo. Dalla lettera è stato asportato un secondo francobollo: al verso è ancora visibile l'impronta della "testina" di un esemplare della IV emissione di Sardegna. Malgrado lo stato in cui è giunta ai giorni nostri, su trattava di una rarissima affrancatura mista con un francobollo del Governo Provvisorio di Toscana eccezionalmente usato in Umbria.
