1965 - 70 lire UIT, dentellatura orizzontale fortemente spostata in basso, coppia verticale, l'esemplare superiore con la dicitura in basso, quello inferiore senza dicitura, bordo di foglio in basso (Sass. 996a/996b, Bol. 1091B/1091C francobolli naturali), nuova, gomma originale integra, perfetta.

Splendida e molto rara, pochissime coppie note.

Dell'esemplare senza dicitura furono stampati solo 10 esemplari.
