Splendido esemplare di questo rarissimo francobollo, di cui sono noti solo 20 esemplari, in parte usati e in parte difettosi. Firmato Renato Mondolfo, Raybaudi, cert. G.Oliva, Alberto e Raffaele Diena, Ferrario.
