FRANCIA 1863 - 40 cent. Napoleone (Yv.23), separato orizzontalmente con le forbici, su busta per dispaccio telegrafico, contenente ancora il modulo telegrafico compilato, inviata raccomandata (lineare rosso "chargè"), da Epinal a Bruyeres. Raro e molto fresco. Cert. "Parola scritta" Bolaffi.
