PARMA-OLANDA 1854 - 40 cent. azzurro (5), su fresca busta da Parma 30/7/1854 ad Amsterdam, tassata. Il francobollo, sfuggito all'annullo in partenza, è stato annullato a penna in arrivo con lo stesso inchiostro utilizzato per la tassazione 5 1/2 in basso. Lettera pubblicata a pag. 143 del libro Mentaschi-Mathà, in cui di ipotizza la possibile mediazione svizzera, malgrado l'assenza dei relativi bolli al verso.
